Role & responsibilities

Maintain and improve integrated management systems in line with ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001/AS9100/IRIS standards

Ensure organisational compliance with customer, statutory, regulatory and certificate requirements

Plan and conduct internal audits and support external/customer/certificate audits. Audit findings closure through effective CAPA implementation and verification

Monitor and analyse quality KPIs, process performance, environmental objectives and safety metrics

Support Management Review Meetings with performance reports and compliance updates

Ensure document control and change management processes are effectively maintained

Conduct supplier process audits and ensure supplier compliance with applicable QMS standards

Monitor supplier quality metrics including PPM, rejection trends, CAPA response and delivery quality. Handle supplier non-conformance issues and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions

Review supplier quality documentation including PPAP, FAI, process validation, control plans and inspection reports

Preferred candidate profile

5 - 7 yrs of relevant Exp with BE (Mech)
