Key Responsibilities:

- Support greenfield factory design and setup for Metal & Acetate manufacturing.

- Assist in plant layout, utilities, equipment installation and process flow planning.

- Manage project activities including project timelines, vendor coordination, machine installation, commissioning and project closure.

- Conduct process trials, capability studies and production validation before handover to operations.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth machine commissioning and production readiness.

- Track project actions, identify issues and ensure timely closure.

Candidate Profile:

- 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, projects, industrial engineering or plant setup.

- Highly analytical,



hands-on and fast-learning with strong problem-solving skills.

- High ownership and ability to work independently in a agile greenfield project environment.

- Good coordination and project management skills.

- Exposure to Metal / Acetate manufacturing, machine installation or factory setup will be preferred.
