Roles & Responsibilities

- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (Engineering, Security and Housekeeping), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions..
- Coordination with outsource agencies- Vendor management.
- Development of Interpersonal Skills /Functional abilities of the staff by guiding / training etc.




- Prepare and compile SOPs for all outsourced agencies & ensure proper vendor management, ensure timely payments to all outsourced agencies, maintaining for machinery and fixed assets.
- Ensure full fledged healthy working of the mall.
- Set up inter and intra department reporting procedures.
- Guide & Monitor operations departments (Engineering, Housekeeping, Customer Care & Security) in case of emergency or accidents.
- Monitor various training sessions organized by Security and Engineering departments.
