Key Roles & Responsibilities
Primary Role Description: - To On-board & providing quality servicing to Intermediary
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Addressing and resolving requested service inquiries.
- Conducting quality checks on documents submitted for intermediary on-boarding.
- Responding to emails and providing quality assistance to branch offices to resolve their queries.
- Creating MIS reports and dashboards as needed.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned based on business needs

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
- Team Player and Able to perform positively under pressure.
