- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reconciliation reports to the Finance team.
- Perform Vinculum-wise reconciliation in SAP/ETP, identify discrepancies related to amounts, discounts, and other variances, and follow up for closure.
- Track and monitor marketplace returns to ensure proper accounting, claim and resolution.
- Manage debtor accounts by reviewing outstanding amounts and taking necessary actions for recovery and closure.
- Identify data gaps and resolve issues through effective internal coordination.
- Reconcile Omni portal return data with ETP records, share updates with the Stock team, and ensure issue closure.
- Detect discrepancies and ensure timely follow-ups with showrooms for resolution.
- Share required return details with the warehouse team for smooth operations.
- Drive automation initiatives in sales and return reconciliation processes to improve efficiency.
