Escalation officer is responsible for handling customer complaints and resolving issues that can't be handled at the frontline level. They work with customers to identify their concerns, determine the best course of action, and resolve any outstanding issues in a timely fashion. Hence, their activities are focused on increasing customer satisfaction through customer service.
:
1.The officer must work on cases which cannot be resolved at 1st Level.
2.Must identify process gaps and plan on mitigating them.
3.Should put the customer's interest above processes.
4.Should time to time analyze data and work on improving customer sentiment at 1st Level.
Eligibility :
1.Eligibility for application limited to individuals at Band 1 & 2
2.Should have completed 1 year and above in any customer facing LOB (Collections/Service/Sale)
3.Applicants must have fulfilled a minimum of one year in their current role.
4.Candidates should not have been on a performance development plan (PDP) or under counseling within the past year.
5.Prior to applying for the position, please notify your reporting manager.
