:
- Ensure proper housekeeping and adequate illumination inside the stores.
- Ensure periodic pest control and rodent control inside the stores.
- Periodically check the storage conditions of the stock items.
- Ensure 24 X 7 access control of the stores.
- Maintain store visitor register.
- Periodically update the stores record and keep the back-up of the same in system
- Assist Stores Manager in the stock reconciliation.
- Material storage, Tagging, proper Stacking & protected keeping.
- Zero wastage in storage as per Material handling, Storage & Identification chart.
