Position Title: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

Education:BE Mechanical/DME

Experience:3 to 10 years

KRA / Key Statistics:

- Ensuring full loading to machine
- Error free design
- Economic output from machine
- Continual improvement in yield, sand cost etc.

Role & responsibilities : (most important tasks, not more than 8 headlines, defined in 2-3 sentences only)

- Design mould scheme [Core, mould, Methoding, layout, clearances, flow offs, gas pins, etc. by using 3D modelling software NX.
- . Design casting model, modify/delete/create surfaces & features as per requirement by using 3D modelling software NX.
- . Core & mould production, operation by using 3D printing machine,
- . Ensuring 3D printing machine & utilities are in valuable condition.
- .



Program preparation for 3D printing machine
- . SAP: BOM Creation & routing, PR, Stock monitoring.
- . Manpower handling & to be worked in all 3 shifts.
- . Maintain all records related 3D departments as per IMS.

Defined competencies:

- Design knowledge by using UG/NX.
- Foundry process knowledge for 3D modelling.
- Drawing reading,
- Design knowledge in Solid & Surface modelling
- Basic knowledge of SAP
- Basic knowledge of 3D printing machine
- Reliability, Commitment to task, empathy
