KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Gather & analyze business requirements across Finance, Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Production & Supply Chain
- Map AS-IS / TO-BE processes & conduct Fit-Gap Analysis
- Lead ERP Implementation, Configuration, Testing & Enhancements
- Prepare BRD/FRD, SOPs, Process Flows & Functional Documentation
- Coordinate with Technical Teams for Customization, Integration & Issue Resolution
- Manage UAT, Data Migration, Validation & Go-Live
- Provide Post-Implementation Functional Support
- Conduct ERP Training & End-User Support
- Drive Process Automation & Continuous ERP Improvement

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 5–7 Years of ERP Functional Consulting / Implementation experience
- Solid understanding of ERP & Business Processes
- Hands-on experience in ERP Implementation, Testing & Support
- Excellent Analytical, Communication & Stakeholder Management skills
- FMCG / Manufacturing experience will be an added advantage
