Position Summary The Enterprise Capacity & FinOps Consultant will own the Capacity Management process, governance framework, demand forecasting, lifecycle planning, software asset management alignment, financial optimization, and executive reporting. This role will act as the strategic advisor to the customer and ensure that capacity management decisions align with business demand, licensing compliance, and technology investment planning.

Capacity Management Governance
- Establish and maintain Enterprise Capacity Management operating model
- Lead weekly/monthly governance reviews
- Manage KPI and SLA reporting
- Maintain capacity risk register
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Capacity Planning & Forecasting
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting
- 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year capacity planning
- Business demand modeling
- Growth trend analysis
- Infrastructure investment planning
- Budget forecasting support
- Disaster Recovery capacity planning
- TCO and ROI assessments
- Cost avoidance reporting
Software Asset Management Integration
- Assess licensing impact of capacity recommendations
- Coordinate with SAM teams
- Analyze licensing implications across:
- Oracle
- IBM
- Microsoft
- Red Hat
- OpenShift
- VMware
- 10 years in IT Infrastructure Management
- 5 years in Enterprise Capacity Planning
- FinOps and Cost Management experience
- Strong SAM knowledge
- Banking industry experience preferred
