Get to Know the Opportunity

We are hiring a P2 DLP analyst for the Data Loss prevention team. The analyst will be responsible for providing DLP support and engineering functions across contemporary enterprise DLP platforms, with a growing focus on automation and AI driven capabilities. The core work involves troubleshooting and resolving DLP issues and exceptions reported by end-users via email, along with policy configuration, administration, and building operational efficiencies through automation.

The role will also support the evaluation and adoption of next-gen DLP technologies as part of our future roadmap.

The Contributions You Will Make

1. DLP support & Issue Resolution

- Act as the point of contact for DLP-related user issues and queries reported via email/tickets.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues to false positives, policy blocks,



endpoint agent issues, and email quarantine.
- Ensure timely response and closure of user reported issues as per defined SLA’s and provide user education.
- Policy Configuration & Management
- Configure, update, and fine-tune DLP policies, rules, and detection logic based on business requirements and user feedback.
- Handle DLP exception and allow-list requests after proper validation and approval.
- Support deployment of new and modified DLP policies.
- AI & Automation Initiatives
- Leverage AI/ML capabilities within modern DLP platform for enhanced data classification and detection accuracy.
- Develop and implement automation for repetitive DLP task such as issue Triaging, exception handling, reporting, and policy tuning using scripting.
- Explore Gen AI use cases for SOP creation, user communication, and faster root cause analysis.
- DLP administration & Future Roadmap
- Perform Day-to-day administration, health monitoring, and troubleshooting of the DLP platforms.
- Assist in evaluation, POC, and implementation of next-gen DLP technologies.
- Create and maintain documentation, SOP’s and knowledge base articles for AI assisted support.
- Provide input for metrics, trend analysis, and AI-driven reporting for management.

Nice to Have: Hands-on experience or positive understanding of tools such as Proofpoint DLP, Microsoft Purview DLP, CrowdStrike Falcon Data Protection, and Zscaler DLP is highly desirable.

Engineering Graduate

Expected Minimum Knowledge & Experience

1. 3 to 5 Yrs of IT experience in Development.
