Role Description The Senior Engineer role is a full time, on-site position based in Noida India.

The Senior

Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and validating wiring harness and electrical distribution system solutions aligned with customer specifications and industry standards. Daily responsibilities include reviewing technical requirements, preparing engineering documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams,



and supporting tool design and manufacturing activities. The role involves analyzing product performance data, driving continuous improvement in design and processes, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory guidelines.

The Senior

Engineer will also mentor junior team members, coordinate with customers and suppliers on technical issues, and contribute to effective project execution and timely delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong electrical engineering skills, with experience in wiring harness or vehicle electrical systems design and validation.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, assembly methods, and quality standards relevant to automotive or industrial electrical systems.
- Ability to analyze technical data, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product performance.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers.
- Demonstrated experience in leading or mentoring engineering teams and managing multiple projects or priorities.
- Experience in OEM or Tier-1 automotive environments is an advantage; familiarity with industry regulations and standards is beneficial.
