Job Summary:
We are looking for a senior hands-on Electrical Engineer/Technician with robust experience in electrical design, control panels, machine wiring, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery and automation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare electrical schematics, panel layouts, I/O lists, cable schedules, and BOMs.
- Select and size electrical components, VFDs, servo drives, motors, safety devices, and switchgear.
- Supervise panel building, machine wiring, termination, earthing, and testing.
- Troubleshoot PLC panels, sensors, VFDs, servo drives, safety circuits, and industrial networks.
- Support machine testing, commissioning, I/O checks, and factory acceptance testing.
- Guide junior electricians and ensure electrical quality and safety.
Requirements:
- ITI Electrician / Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant industrial machinery/automation experience.
- Experience in electrical design, panel building, machine wiring, testing, or commissioning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD, servo drives, sensors, safety circuits, and control panels.
- Experience with Siemens, Rockwell, Omron, Mitsubishi, Schneider, or similar systems is preferred.
- Candidates with only building wiring or general electrical maintenance experience will not be considered.
