Position Details

- Role: Digital Marketing Specialist
- Location: Okhla, Jamia Nagar (On-site)
- Experience: 6+ Years (Full-time)
- Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage and scale campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
- Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical, and content)
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance with a strong focus on ROI and conversions
- Implement tracking systems (Google Analytics, conversion tracking, etc.) for accurate data insights
- Continuously test, iterate, and improve campaigns to maximize performance

Required Skills & Expertise

- Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms




- Robust knowledge of SEO best practices and search algorithms
- Hands-on experience in campaign optimization and scaling strategies
- Familiarity with analytics tools, conversion tracking, and reporting dashboards
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently

Bonus Skills

- Experience with email marketing and automation tools
- Knowledge of advanced analytics and attribution models
- Proven success in improving conversion rates and campaign ROI
