We are looking for a Data Analyst to support the Support Data Infrastructure & Strategy team. The role focuses on building scalable data models, maintaining gold-layer datasets, driving customer support analytics, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain curated data marts and gold-layer datasets.
- Develop and optimize SQL-based data transformations using Spark SQL and Hive.
- Analyze customer support data, including tickets, contacts, CSAT, AHT, and operational metrics.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into metrics, dashboards, and insights.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across reporting assets.
- Support data pipeline monitoring and continuous improvements.

Required Skills

- 4-6 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or Analytics Engineering.
- Strong SQL expertise.
- Experience with Spark SQL, Hive, or PySpark.
- Hands-on experience building and managing data marts, gold-layer datasets, or semantic layers.




- Robust business understanding and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with customer support/contact center data (CSAT, ticketing, support operations).
- Exposure to Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with dbt, LookML, or metric/semantic layer frameworks.
- Knowledge of Airflow or workflow orchestration tools.
- Exposure to streaming technologies such as Kafka or Flink.
- Experience with data quality, monitoring, and governance frameworks.
