Key Responsibilities

- Drive conversion rate optimization by improving lead-to-admission conversion and identifying gaps across the customer journey.

- Analyse sales funnels, lead leakage, follow-up effectiveness, and executive productivity to improve sales performance.

- Monitor repayment and collection performance, analyse overdue cases, and recommend strategies to improve recovery.

- Lead and manage the CRO Team, including KPI setting, daily huddles, performance reviews, coaching, and productivity monitoring.

- Conduct quality audits of sales and repayment processes to ensure SOP compliance and service quality.

- Analyse customer behaviour, conversion trends, and business performance to identify actionable improvement opportunities.

- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, funnel analysis, branch performance reports, productivity reports, admission and repayment reports, and lost opportunity reports.

- Identify and implement process improvements, SOP standardization, automation, and best practices across branches.

- Collaborate with Sales, Repayment, Marketing, Finance,



Operations, and Branch Managers to improve overall business performance.

- Drive a data-driven performance culture through regular reporting, reviews, root-cause analysis, and corrective action plans.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Technical Skills: CRM platforms (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent), Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, MIS Reporting, Dashboard Preparation, Data Analysis, and Sales Funnel Analysis.

- Leadership Skills: Team Leadership, Coaching & Mentoring, Decision-Making, Performance Management, and Stakeholder Management.

- Core Competencies: Analytical Thinking, Strategic Planning, Business Acumen, Strong Communication, Attention to Detail, Result Orientation, and Adaptability.
