How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

Responsible creating a range of documentation such as, training materials, press releases, articles, blog posts, newsletters, social media posts, and internal communications, tailored to different audiences and platforms. Writes content that effectively communicates the organization's messages, values, and objectives to various audiences. Researches and interprets specifications through discussions with subject matter experts and translates into user-friendly documentation to address the business requirements.

- Tailors content to fit various formats and channels, understanding the nuances of writing for digital platforms versus traditional media.
- Works to achieve operational targets within sub-function with direct impact on department results.
- Works to achieve operational targets with significant impact on function level results.




- Works independently under limited supervision.
- May be responsible for entire projects or processes within sub-function.
- Often leads the work of small project teams; may formally train junior staff.
- Contributes to process improvements.

Responsibilities may include:

- Managing products, systems and/or projects/processes, and working independently with limited supervision.
- Facing function related problems that are sometimes difficult and moderately complex.
- Coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals.

About you

Qualifications:

- University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
