Senior Content & Marketing Associate – Bangalore

We are looking for a Senior Content & Marketing Associate to take ownership of content creation, social media, marketing campaigns, and brand communication for an education organization.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content marketing and digital marketing, with the ability to independently plan and execute marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop content for social media, website, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and marketing materials
- Write engaging captions, articles, campaign copy, and promotional content
- Plan and manage the content calendar
- Create content around school events, student achievements, programs, admissions, and initiatives
- Manage social media platforms and coordinate regular content publishing
- Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns
- Support school admissions marketing, events, promotions, and brand-building activities
- Coordinate with internal teams, designers, photographers, agencies, and vendors
- Monitor social media and campaign performance, engagement, enquiries, and leads
- Prepare marketing reports, presentations, newsletters, and communication materials
- Manage multiple marketing activities and ensure timely execution

Requirements




- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Marketing Communications
- Strong content writing, editing, and communication skills
- Hands-on experience in content creation and marketing campaign execution
- Positive understanding of social media and digital marketing
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools
- Good organizational and project management skills
- Ability to independently manage marketing activities and deadlines

Preferred
- Experience in a school, education institution, EdTech, NGO, or education-related organization
- Experience in school admissions marketing or education campaigns
- Strong experience managing social media and content
- Creative mindset with strong execution skills
- Immediate joiners or short-notice candidates preferred

Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month
