Job Summary

TESCRA India is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Content Experience Strategist to join our innovative team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating exceptional user experiences through clear, concise, and engaging content, with a specific focus on e-learning products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and implement content strategies that enhance user understanding, promote self-service, and contribute to a cohesive product experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for e-learning products, including user manuals, online help systems, tutorials, and knowledge base articles.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of all content.

- Proactively track and incorporate product updates and changes into documentation to ensure it remains current and relevant.

- Integrate multimedia elements such as videos, infographics, and interactive components to enrich the learning experience and improve user comprehension.

- Design and implement content strategies that empower users to find information independently, thereby reducing support contact volume.

- Curate and organize content to create a unified and intuitive user experience across all e-learning platforms.

- Gather and analyze feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously refine documentation and content strategy processes.





Educational Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Instructional Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Must-Have Skills

- Proven experience in content strategy, technical writing, or UX writing, preferably within the e-learning or software industry.

- Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive documentation for complex products.

- Solid understanding of user experience principles and how content contributes to it.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.

- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and documentation tools.

- Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to translate technical information into easily understandable content for diverse audiences.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with multimedia content creation (video editing, graphic design basics).

- Knowledge of e-learning development tools and methodologies.

- Familiarity with SEO best practices for content discoverability.

- Experience conducting user research or usability testing for content.
