Senior Consultant

PMO Goverce, Process Continuous Improvement

Chennai | 9-12years | Evening shift: 3.00 PM to 12.00 AM The Senior Consultant strengthens PMO goverce, process adherence, reporting, data quality, and continuous improvement across Delivery Management. The role partners with project and program managers, functional leaders, and executive stakeholders gather requirements, analyze issues, recommend practical solutions, and drive work to completion.

Experience across the listed tools is expected, but administrator-level expertise is not required because the role is focused on goverce, process, and continuous improvement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and improve PMO standards, templates, playbooks, controls, process documentation, and data dictionaries.
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and reporting requirements, including scope, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze business or data issues, identify root causes, and propose realistic, actionable solutions aligned with the PMO operating model.
- Conduct goverce reviews, data-quality checks, audits, and lifecycle-control activities to strengthen consistency and compliance.
- Drive adoption with rollout communications, training materials, and practical guidance for Delivery Management standards. Develop and enhance operational, strategic, ficial, project, and portfolio reports; convert data into trends, risks, insights, and recommended actions.
- Use advanced Excel capabilities, including IF formulas, VLOOKUP or equivalent functions, PivotTables, data models, and data validation.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize,



automate, and modernize PMO processes and reporting, including practical use of emerging technologies and AI.
- Own assigned initiatives through completion and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, leaders, and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications Experience

- 6+ years of experience in PMO goverce, process improvement, business analysis, reporting and analytics, project operations, or a related function.
- Strong requirement-gathering, analytical, problem-solving, ownership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Commanding written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to prepare concise, executive-ready information.
- Advanced Excel and advanced reporting and analytics skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently, incorporate feedback, and deliver within agreed timelines. Working knowledge of Oracle, Planview, Monday.com, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and PDF reporting processes; administrator-level expertise is not required.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and evolving PMO practices.
- Willingness to work in evening shifts (3.00 PM to 12.00 AM).
- Power BI experience, PMO exposure, or experience working with an executive board is advantageous.
- Tableau knowledge and US healthcare or health-insurance experience is added advantage.
