Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with 4–5 years of experience in configuration, data migration, validation, testing and production deployment. The consultant will work on global rollouts, acquisitions and enhancement projects and collaborate with HR, business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure Employee Central based on business requirements.
- Work on global/local rollout and acquisition projects .

- Legal Entity, Business Unit, Division and Department
- Job Classification and Job Structure
- Employee Central data
- Job Information
- Compensation Information
- Event Reasons
- Workflows
- Business Rules
- Position Management

- Perform employee and organizational data transfer/migration .
- Prepare data mapping and transformation requirements.
- Validate migrated employees and organizational data.




- Perform data reconciliation between source and target systems.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing and defect resolution .
- Configure and troubleshoot Role-Based Permissions (RBP) .
- Support cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.
- Analyze and resolve configuration and data issues.
- Prepare configuration documents, test scripts and deployment documentation.
- Coordinate with integration teams for downstream/upstream data validation

Skill Requirements

- 4–5 years of SuccessFactors experience.
- Robust hands-on Employee Central configuration .
- Experience with Business Rules, Workflows and RBP .
- Experience in data migration/imports and validation.
- Experience in at least one rollout, implementation or acquisition project .
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
- Good Excel/data analysis skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have

- Integration Center/API knowledge.
- Experience with HR integrations.
- Experience with global implementations.
