Role Description

Full-time, in office Senior Engineer – Civil responsible for planning, design coordination, BOQ preparation, execution, and monitoring of industrial construction and CAPEX projects.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute civil & infrastructure CAPEX projects.

Prepare/review BOQ, estimates, specifications, drawings, and rate analysis.

Coordinate architectural, structural, PEB and MEP designs.

Manage contractors, consultants, procurement, quality, safety and project schedules.

Monitor cost, progress, quality and timelines.

Verify JMR, RA Bills, final bills and quantity variations.

Support plant expansion, renovation, PEB, RCC, flooring, roads, drainage and external development works.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience in industrial construction and CAPEX management.

Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, tendering, cost control, drawings and project execution.

Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
