Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong communication, leadership, and site coordination skills to oversee construction activities from the Architect’s side. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with consultants, clients, contractors, and site teams while ensuring that project execution complies with the required quality, safety, and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Represent the Architect’s side and ensure that work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare and review estimates, bills, and measurements.
- Handle bill certification and verify work completed at site.
- Assist in tendering activities, including preparation and evaluation of tender documents.
- Conduct regular site inspections and keep a check on project progress and workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards,



regulations, and legal requirements at site.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and project reports.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to the management and project stakeholders.

Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in architecture, construction, or project coordination.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of construction processes and site execution.
- Experience in estimation, bill certification, and tendering.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, contractors, and site teams.
- Solid understanding of site safety and legal compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is mandatory.
- Experience in handling Industrial and Residential projects will be an added advantage.
- Ability to independently monitor and manage site-related responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
