We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Senior Captain to lead front-of-house dining operations in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, supervise service staff, maintain luxury hospitality standards, and coordinate smooth restaurant operations during service hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and guide captains, stewards, and service associates during operations.

- Ensure guests receive professional, personalized, and prompt service.

- Handle table allocations, reservations, and guest seating coordination.

- Take and review food and beverage orders with attention to detail.

- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service delivery.

- Train junior staff on fine dining etiquette, menu knowledge,



wine service, and grooming standards.

- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

- Monitor cleanliness, table setup, and restaurant ambiance according to SOPs.

- Upsell menu items, chef specials, and premium beverages.

- Maintain inventory of service equipment and report shortages or damages.

- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
