Job Summary

Looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Developer with 7+ years of BI development experience and strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SSRS, data visualization, analytics, and BI UX design. The role will work with business, data, and technology teams to deliver scalable dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintainPower BI and Tableau dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
- Work with multiple data sources to build interactive dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Develop complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Work with SQL Server, Amazon Redshift, Athena, MySQL, and/or Snowflake.
- Develop and maintain SSRS reports.
- Design advanced visualizations and apply BI, UX, and performance best practices.
- Identify and resolve data/reporting quality issues with data and source-system teams.
- Provide technical guidance and manage multiple priorities in an Agile environment.

Required Skills





- 7+ years of Business Intelligence development experience.
- 5+ years of Power BI and SSRS development experience.
- 5+ years of advanced SQL development experience across multiple RDBMS platforms.
- Solid hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau or QlikView.
- Advanced Tableau reporting experience including joins, subqueries, data blending, calculations, filters, and parameters.
- Experience with data modeling, data visualization, dashboard design, and reporting best practices.
- 2+ years of BI UX design experience and 2+ years of analytics experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Understanding ofsoftware development processes and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Amazon QuickSight, ELK, Elastic, Grafana, Hosted Graphite, or similar technologies.
- Experience with cloud-based BI and analytics environments.
- Experience in large-scale global enterprise or high-volume data environments.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
