We are looking for a results-driven Technology Sales / Business Development professional.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle prospecting, discovery, solutioning, pricing, negotiation, closure, and handover.
- Drive new logo acquisition across North America, APAC, MENA, and UK/EU.
- Generate opportunities through direct enterprise selling, strategic networking, referrals, and Upwork.
- Lead consultative selling, translating business needs into workflows, solution architectures, and phased roadmaps.
- Partner with engineering and solution teams to validate feasibility, manage scope, and ensure pricing discipline.
- Build strong relationships with CXO/VP/Director-level stakeholders.
- Position smartData as a long-term technology and execution partner.
- Drive pilot-to-scale opportunities, account growth, and strategic partnerships.

Preferred Candidate Profile Sales & Business





- Proven experience in global B2B technology / enterprise sales.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and current logo acquisition.
- Exposure to B2B/B2C/B2B2C platforms, SaaS, PaaS, and enterprise solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying, pricing, and commercial negotiations.

Technical & Solution Skills Mandatory

- Engineering background or strong technical orientation preferred.
- Ability to understand functional workflows, system integrations, solution architecture, and SDLC.
- Comfortable balancing scope vs. cost, build vs. integrate, and pilot vs. scale.

AI Must Have

- Practical understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Ability to position AI around automation, operational efficiency, and measurable business outcomes.

Domain Experience Experience in at least one of the following:

Healthcare | Real Estate | Transportation & Logistics | FOS/FDS | Retail & Commerce.
