Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and healthcare SMEs to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in healthcare processes, requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document complex business and functional requirements from healthcare stakeholders.

- Work closely with business users, SMEs, product owners, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC.

- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and process discussions.

- Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, functional specifications, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

- Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes.

- Identify process gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

- Create process flows, workflow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and business process models as required.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.

- Support QA/UAT teams by reviewing test scenarios, validating requirements, and assisting with defect clarification.





- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.

- Perform impact analysis for system/process changes and enhancements.

- Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle and ensure proper traceability.

- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.

- Support production issues and provide business analysis for enhancements and change requests.

- Ensure solutions align with healthcare business processes, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst.

- Excellent requirements gathering and business process analysis skills.

- Strong experience creating BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.

- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to work with cross-functional business and technical teams.

- Experience with UAT, test case review, defect management, and requirement traceability.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with SQL for basic data analysis and validation is preferred.

- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, MS Excel, and MS Office.
