Location :Bangalore

Experience:9- 12 yrs

- Methodologies: Expert in Agile/Scrum (Jira, Confluence) and Waterfall hand off; adept at sprint planning, backlog grooming, and incremental delivery.
- Data Skills: Advanced SQL for data profiling, mapping, validation, and reporting; comfortable working with data quality tools and metadata repositories.
- Process Modeling: Proficient with BPM tools (Visio, Signavio, Lucidchart) to produce clear,



measurable process documentation.
- Architecture Awareness: Solid understanding of component based and tiered architectures, APIs, and service oriented design as they relate to CLM systems.
- Toolset: MS Office suite, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Tableau/PowerBI (for data visualization), and exposure to DevOps concepts (CI/CD pipelines, Git) for smoother hand off to development teams.
- Use AI tools/LLMs for requirements analysis and test case generation. Savvy with AI adoption as a BA
- Data Analysis using Power BI and Advanced Excel, MS Office (Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint for stakeholder decks).
- Visio/Camunda for process modeling and diagraming & JIRA & Confluence for Agile project tracking.
- AI driven requirements analysis tools (e.g., requirement extraction NLP platforms).
- Strong SQL (SELECT, JOIN, CTE, window functions) for data validation.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and master data management (MDM) concepts."

Specific Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
- Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI PBA, ICA/Certified KYC Analyst) preferred but not mandatory.
