Senior BMC Helix Administrator Tool Enablement

Location: Remote India

We are looking for a Senior BMC Helix Administrator with solid expertise in BMC Helix Capacity Optimization (BHCO) / TrueSight Capacity Optimization to manage, optimize, integrate, and support enterprise IT management platforms.

- Must-Have Skills

7+ years in IT operations, capacity, or infrastructure management.

4+ years hands-on experience with BMC Helix Capacity Optimization / TrueSight Capacity Optimization.

Strong BMC Helix administration, integrations, APIs, SQL, dashboards, and reporting.

- Experience with VMware, Hyper-V/Nutanix, Kubernetes/OpenShift.

Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP and hybrid infrastructure.

Strong Linux/Windows, CMDB, Discovery, monitoring, and ITSM knowledge.

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Certifications Mandatory

BMC Certified Professional (BCP), ITIL Foundation, Azure/AWS, and/or Kubernetes certifications.
