Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior Boomi Integration Specialist role is based in Hyderabad. The specialist will design, develop, and maintain Boomi integrations across enterprise systems, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable data flows.

Day-to-day responsibilities include translating business requirements into integration solutions, creating and optimizing Boomi processes, managing connectors, and handling complex data transformation and mapping. The role involves troubleshooting integration issues, performing performance tuning, monitoring integrations in production, and implementing best practices for error handling and logging. The specialist will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams,



contribute to integration standards and documentation, and mentor junior team members on Boomi and integration patterns.

Qualifications

- Robust Integration skills, including hands-on experience with Boomi Integration, architecture, design, and implementation across multiple systems.
- Robust Troubleshooting capabilities for resolving complex integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.
- Solid Software Development skills with experience in APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), JSON/XML, and scripting or programming languages commonly used in integration projects.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for understanding business processes, translating requirements into technical solutions, and optimizing integration workflows.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, document solutions clearly, and provide guidance to stakeholders and junior engineers.
- Relevant experience with Boomi AtomSphere platform (including Atoms/Molecules, connectors, and process deployment), and familiarity with common enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, and cloud platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in enterprise integration projects within mid-size or large organizations; prior exposure to CMMI or ISO-certified environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, adhere to quality standards, and follow secure development and data protection practices.
