Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Azure Infrastructure & Platform Engineer to design, automate, and manage enterprise-scale Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Bicep, Azure administration, networking, security, identity, platform services, and cloud automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement secure, scalable, and highly available Azure infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain IaC using Bicep and/or Terraform.
- Build and manage Azure Landing Zones, subscriptions, policies, and governance.
- Automate infrastructure deployments using Azure DevOps/GitHub CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage Azure networking, compute, storage, security, and identity services.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues.
- Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, security, and application teams to deliver cloud environments.
- Navigate enterprise processes and organizational structures to execute environment requirements.

Requirements

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure and administration.
- Hands on experience on Azure App, Azure APIM, Azure Container registry
- Exposure in working in Azure Managed services / PaaS stack.
- Strong exposure on using LLM tools like; Claude code,



GitHub Copilot.
- Expert-level knowledge of Bicep and strong experience with Terraform and/or Bicep.
- Experience with Azure networking VNets, subnets, NSGs, private endpoints, VPN, ExpressRoute.
- Strong knowledge of Azure security and identity Entra ID, RBAC, Managed Identity, Azure Policy, Key Vault.
- Experience with Azure Landing Zones and enterprise cloud architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub CI/CD.
- Solid scripting/automation skills using PowerShell and/or Azure CLI.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Azure Landing Zone Accelerator and Cloud Adoption Framework.
- Experience creating reusable Bicep/Terraform modules.
- Knowledge of AKS, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and DevSecOps.
- Experience with hybrid Azure/on-premises environments.
- Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Azure Network Engineer Associate.
