About the Role:

JKYMS is hiring a detail-oriented Senior Analyst - Taxation & R2R to manage end-to-end Direct/Indirect Tax compliance, reconciliations, and reporting. Hands-on working experience in SAP S/4HANA is MANDATORY for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- GST Compliance & Accounting:
- Manage monthly return filings including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-7, and GSTR-8.
- Perform regular GSTR-2B vs. SAP Purchase Register reconciliations to maximize eligible Input Tax Credit (ITC).
- Prepare and coordinate annual filings for GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C.
- Oversee e-Invoicing and e-Way bill generation within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem.
- Address departmental tax notices and assist in tax audits.
- Direct Taxation (TDS / TCS):
- Ensure accurate TDS/TCS deductions as per the Income Tax Act.
- Reconcile and file quarterly TDS returns (Forms 24Q, 26Q, 27Q, 27EQ).
- Generate and issue Form 16 / 16A certificates.




- Monitor 26AS/AIS statements and track monthly TDS liabilities via SAP.

- SAP S/4HANA Operations:
- Post tax journal entries, accruals, and adjustments in SAP FI/CO.
- Verify withholding tax codes and GST rules in Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO).
- Generate ledger reports, GL balances, and handle 26AS vendor/customer reconciliations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance.
- Experience: 8 to 13 years in Indian Direct and Indirect Taxes.
- Software Requirement: Mandatory expertise in SAP S/4HANA . Candidates with basic ECC or non-SAP backgrounds will not be considered.
- Location Preference: Preferred candidates residing in or willing to commute daily to Sector-18, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon.
