We are looking for experienced professionals to support one of our banking clients in their tax operations process. Job duties include

- Manage delivery across entities or Countries
- Approve complex reconciliations, exceptions and adjustments within authority.
- Lead root-cause analysis and sustainable remediation for material issues.
- Maintain controls, procedures, lineage and evidence standards.
- Build an automation and standardisation pipeline and track benefits.
- Report service, quality, risk, ageing and improvement actions.
- Track service timelines and quality measures.
- Experience Required
- CA with 6+ years post-qualification, or non-CA with 8+ years relevant experience.
- At least 4 years for CAs, or 6 years for non-CAs, in relevant tax or data operations.
- Skills Required
- Solid tax data, accounting flow, reconciliation and control governance knowledge.
- Advanced Excel and practical automation, analytics and visualisation experience.
- Stakeholder management, prioritisation, decisions and team leadership.
- Ability to manage independently and lead a team or major workstream
- Preferred Skills
- Translate technical issues into clear business impacts and actions.
