This is an exciting role and would entail you to

· Responsible for proofreading materials at every stage of pre-production, including preliminary copy draft, design/layout, and final printer proof stages.

· Responsibilities also include proofreading e-mails, web pages/microsites, and internal corporate presentations, as well as performing a quality-control check of vendor email confirmations, making sure job contents and components are accurate.

· In addition to reading for typographical errors and for text variance from client-approved copy, you will need to ensure documents reflect Standard English grammar and adhere to individual client style and branding guidelines.





· Proofread using client checklists and proofreader marks guide, checking for spelling, punctuation, grammar, consistency, regulatory requirements, and client style and branding guidelines. You will be working closely with Our global creative agency teams. You will also be closely collaborating with our talented design team to deliver high-quality services. This may be the right role for you if you have

· Perform a quality-control check at indicated rounds, making sure all changes were made, all queries were addressed, job contents and components are accurate, etc.

· Work under pressure and recognize the criticality of meeting stringent deadlines. · Adhere to pre-established guidelines and specific instructions and training to perform the functions of the job.

· Interact and collaborate with team of proofreaders and other agency departments to review job procedures and communicate client style and branding updates.

· Ensure adherence to agency deadlines and communicate status when needed.

· Keep abreast of and record changes to company and client style and branding guidelines, legal requirements, and specifications and format.

· Maintain, refine and continuously improve Proofreader documentation and workflow processes.

· Transparent and active communicator (verbal and written).

· Proofreading test prior to interview is mandatory.
