Job Summary

Senior Analyst: Business Finance Controller The Senior Analyst Business and Finance Controller plays a critical role in supporting the financial management and control functions within the organization. This position is responsible for delivering accurate financial analysis, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. Acting as a key business partner, the Senior Analyst provides actionable financial insights to drive informed decision-making and improve overall business performance. The role requires close collaboration with both finance teams and business units to ensure alignment of financial goals with operational objectives.

Accounts

Receivable position is to support the accurate and timely management of the organizations receivables by performing detailed analysis, monitoring customer accounts, and assisting with billing, collections, and reconciliation activities. The role is critical in ensuring that outstanding balances are collected efficiently, financial records are accurate, and the companys cash flow objectives are met. The Analyst also contributes to reporting, dispute resolution, and continuous process improvements within the AR function.

Responsibilities

- Approval/Rejection of Department Level Budgets for costs, revenues, headcount and Investments
- Individual Shopping Cart budget approval authority upto with no second level approval.



Values more than require second level approval
- Approver or Travel claims and Leave requests for the team.Approver of Travel claims for other departments from financial budget and policy perspective.
- Authorized to review and finalize budget approvals done by team members in controlling
- Authorized to review, co-ordinate and track month end close to ensure activities are within reporting timelines
- Financial reporting Data integrity
- Authority in Budget, Planning Round (mid-term plan) and Cost Control
- Risk Management and Financial Compliance
- Cross functional collaboration

- Escalation to Lead Business and Finance Controller / Head of Controlling
- Process and Analyze AR Transactions
- Validate, process, and record invoices, credit notes, and payment receipts in the financial system.
- Reconcile customer accounts and identify discrepancies.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Internal Controls and Compliance
- Reporting and review of FS (PL, BS, Cashflow statement etc)
- Audits Preparations and Support (implementing audit recommendations)
- Process improvement Implementation
- Customer Communication and Dispute Resolution - outstanding balances, payment reminders, and billing inquiries.
