We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to manage the end to end subcontractor invoicing and payment process for our IT services business. This role handles a global subcontractor base spread across the US and LATAM, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of invoices and payments. The ideal candidate has hands on experience in a similar AP role within an IT services company and is comfortable working across time zones.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the complete subcontractor AP lifecycle including invoice receipt, validation, approval routing, and payment processing

- Reconcile subcontractor invoices against purchase orders, statements of work, timesheets, and contractual rate cards

- Manage payment schedules and ensure timely disbursements in line with contractual payment terms for US and LATAM subcontractors

- Handle multi currency payments and coordinate with banking partners and payment gateways for cross border transactions

- Resolve invoice discrepancies, disputes, and payment queries with subcontractors and internal stakeholders

- Maintain subcontractor master data and tax documentation such as W-9, W-8BEN, and LATAM equivalents, and ensure compliance with local withholding tax and statutory requirements

- Prepare AP aging reports, accruals,



and support month end close activities related to subcontractor costs

- Identify and drive process improvements and automation in the AP workflow

- Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies on vendor payments

- Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractor payment related escalations across US and LATAM regions

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field

- 7 to 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable

- Prior experience handling subcontractor or vendor payments in an IT services company is mandatory

- Working knowledge of US and or LATAM vendor tax and compliance requirements including 1099 and W-8BEN

- Hands on experience with ERP or AP tools

- Solid Excel and reporting skills

- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with international subcontractors and internal teams

- Ability to work flexible hours to overlap with US and LATAM time zones as needed

Good to Have

- Experience with Oracle ERP

- Spanish language proficiency, spoken and written, for LATAM subcontractor communication

- Exposure to multi entity, multi currency AP operations

- Experience with AP automation tools
