Role Overview

The Senior AI Product Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI solutions that enhance our recruiting platform. This role requires a deep understanding of large language models (LLMs), software architecture, and contemporary web development frameworks. By collaborating with cross-functional teams,



you will ensure that our AI capabilities are seamlessly integrated into our platform, driving user satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable AI solutions, focusing on large language models and their integration into our platform.
- Implement and maintain FastAPI services to support the operational needs of our SaaS products.
- Utilize Next.js and Python for front-end and back-end development to enhance user experience.
- Lead the development of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) implementations and manage vector databases to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers to promote best practices and enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models and systems, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product enhancements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Proven experience building and deploying large language models (LLMs).
- Strong proficiency in FastAPI, Next.js, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS product development and lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) implementations and vector databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, for deploying AI solutions.
