"Senior AI-ML Platform Engineer / Technical Lead.

Location: Madrid / Barcelona / Bengaluru. We are looking for a Senior AI-ML Platform Engineer / Technical Lead who combines hands-on engineering expertise with solid architectural and strategic thinking. The successful candidate will help evolve our AI-ML platform while shaping engineering standards, governance, architecture, and development best practices.

Key Responsibilities. Provide technical leadership and oversight for the AI-ML platform, including architecture, design reviews, technology choices, engineering standards, and platform governance. Act as a technical liaison with Cloud, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Governance, and other platform teams, ensuring the AI-ML platform remains aligned with enterprise standards, capabilities, and emerging best practices; mentor engineers and act as a technical sparring partner across teams.

Desired Skills

Experience. 8+ years of relevant industry experience, including 2+ years in LLMOps. Ability to move comfortably between hands-on implementation and technical oversight.

Experience with LLM/API gateway technologies, which may include LiteLLM or similar technologies.

Experience with multi-provider integration across Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and similar cloud platforms.

Experience with CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Langfuse, or similar observability tools.

Experience with cloud-native technologies across AWS and Azure, including ECS Fargate, Secrets Manager, RDS/PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis, VPCs, Subnets, and Load Balancers.

Experience developing production-grade backend services using Python, FastAPI, and asynchronous programming. Rust is a plus.

Experience with Docker, Azure DevOps, Terraform, and/or CloudFormation.





Experience with identity and access technologies including Entra ID, JWT, OIDC, SSO, API keys, and other IAM methods. Ability to think beyond day-to-day operations and focus on building scalable platforms, establishing standards, improving engineering quality, and creating the right level of governance for an enterprise AI-ML platform.
