We’re building ChatWithAds, an AI decision platform for paid media teams.

We’re looking for a strong hands-on engineer who can take ownership of features end-to-end — from understanding the problem to architecture, development, testing and production.

What you’ll work on

- AI agents and LLM-powered workflows
- Full-stack SaaS product development
- APIs, integrations and data pipelines
- MCPs, automation and tool-calling systems
- Building reliable backend systems for AI products
- Frontend product experiences around insights, decisions and workflows
- Improving performance, reliability and product velocity
- Working closely with product and engineering leadership to ship fast

What we’re looking for

- Strong full-stack development experience
- Solid backend and API architecture skills
- Practical experience with LLM APIs and AI applications
- Comfortable working with databases, queues,



integrations and cloud infrastructure
- Ability to independently debug and solve complex problems
- Robust product sense — you think beyond the ticket
- Comfortable using AI coding tools to dramatically improve development speed
- High ownership and bias toward shipping

Bonus

- Experience building AI agents or multi-step workflows
- MCP / tool-calling experience
- Experience with advertising, analytics or data-heavy SaaS products
- Experience taking products from prototype to production
