Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role based in Noida for a Senior Admissions Counselor. Tasks include actively engaging prospective students, understanding their educational needs and goals, and guiding them through the admissions process.



The role involves providing expert advice on courses, resolving queries, and fostering excellent customer experiences, all while driving enrollment growth and achieving team targets.

Collaboration with internal teams to ensure a seamless admissions experience is also essential.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and effective Communication.
- Experience in Customer Service and a proven ability to address client needs effectively.
- Proficiency in Sales with a focus on achieving admission and enrollment goals.
- Background or experience in the Education sector is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field or equivalent experience.
