Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai (WFO - Central) | Exp: 8-10 Years in Accounting - Architect / Construction Background Must | Salary: Rs. 45,000 - 50,000

Leading Architect Firm - Premium Projects - is hiring a Senior Accounts Executive for complete accounting & project-wise billing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle complete accounting - AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation - BRS, finalization, budgeting & MIS reporting
- Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI - GST filing, TDS returns & statutory compliances
- Project-wise accounting, billing & expense tracking for multiple architect projects
- Vendor management - Consultant payments, contractor payments & processing
- Client billing & consultant fee reconciliation
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, clients & vendors
- Handle multiple project accounts with accuracy & meet month closing timelines

Mandatory - Only These Backgrounds:





- Architect Firms - Top Priority
- Construction Contracting - BOQ Based
- PMC Companies
- Interior Design Firms - Premium Projects

Must Have:

- 8-10 years accounting - Construction / Architect background only
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS & statutory compliances
- Finalization of accounts & MIS reporting
- Tally ERP / Tally Prime - Mandatory
- Advanced Excel - VLOOKUP, Pivot, MIS - Mandatory
