– Finance & AccountsKey Responsibilities

- Preparation and finalization of financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Cash flow planning, monitoring, and fund management.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax/ITR, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
- Managing audits and coordinating with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and financial controls.
- Cost analysis, profitability analysis, and working capital management.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
- Supporting management with financial insights, risk assessment,



and strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualification
- B.Com/M.Com with CA Inter or candidates who have appeared for CA examinations.
- 4–8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong practical knowledge of GST, ITR/Income Tax, and TDS compliance and filings.
- Good understanding of accounting, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.

Work Location In Person Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
