Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Handle accounts related to Associate Partners, Builders, Customers, Vendors, and Employees.
- Maintain and reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, customer accounts, and vendor accounts.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, MIS, and accounting statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, ITR, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Manage vendor invoices, payments, and office/administrative expenses.
- Track and monitor receivables, payables, expenses, and cash flow.
- Assist management with budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready financial records.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders as required.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Independently manage routine accounting operations and financial documentation.





Requirements
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in Accounting/Finance.
- Real Estate industry experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, ITR, and statutory compliance.
- Good knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage accounting operations and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and responsibility.

Working Details Working Days: 6 Days Working

Weekly Off: Tuesday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
