Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with Tally, GST, TDS, taxation, banking, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day accounting operations, including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely accounting of all financial transactions.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and ensure timely filing of returns.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide financial information to management as required.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and other external stakeholders.




- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; M.Com/CA Inter will be an added advantage.
- 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Solid practical knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting activities.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in manufacturing, trading, steel, infrastructure, or similar industries will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to 40,000 per month, depending on experience, qualifications, and suitability for the role.

Work Location: GE Road, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
