Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, GST & TDS compliance, reconciliations, return preparation, and financial records. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Pass and verify journal, purchase, sales, receipt, payment and contra entries.
- Maintain accurate ledger accounts and books of accounts.
- Prepare and file GST returns such as GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.
- Perform GST reconciliation, including purchase data and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
- Handle TDS calculation, deduction, payment and return filing.
- Prepare TDS returns and issue TDS certificates/Form 16A as applicable.
- Prepare various statutory and financial returns as required.
- Conduct bank reconciliation and resolve outstanding differences.
- Perform vendor and customer ledger reconciliation.
- Monitor receivables and payables and follow up for pending items.
- Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, expense bills and supporting documents.
- Ensure proper accounting of GST, TDS and other statutory transactions.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of MIS/reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors and internal departments.




- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely rectification.
- Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of schedules.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements.
- Perform other accounts and finance-related duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Experience in GST/TDS return preparation and filing.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with Tally / ERP / Accounting Software.
- Good understanding of accounts payable and receivable.
- Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.

Preferred Experience

Experience in handling GST, TDS, reconciliation, book entries, statutory compliance, audits, and monthly closing in a manufacturing, trading, or distribution organization will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
