Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee our financial operations, ensure strict statutory compliance, and manage end-to-end accounting processes. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in GST, taxation, finalisation of accounts, financial reporting, and corporate compliances.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing timely financial reports, managing tax and statutory obligations, and ensuring smooth and compliant financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, input tax credit verification, and related GST matters.
- Ensure timely compliance with TDS, Income Tax, GST, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Perform GST reconciliation between books, purchase records, and GST portal data.
- Coordinate and assist with monthly/annual closing and finalisation of accounts.
- Prepare and review Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet,



Trial Balance, and Cash Flow statements.
- Conduct regular ledger scrutiny and account reconciliation to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Manage TDS calculations, returns, certificates, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other financial institutions as required.
- Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits and provide necessary supporting documents.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST Act, and other statutory regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all accounting and statutory transactions.
- Monitor outstanding receivables/payables and support cash-flow management.
- Review accounting entries and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
- Prepare MIS reports and management reports for business decision-making.
- Identify accounting discrepancies, control gaps, and opportunities for improving financial processes.
- Ensure timely completion of all month-end and year-end closing activities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
