ROLE DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a Senior Account Manager (4-6 years) who manages senior client relationships and sets the standard for how client servicing works at Butter Toast. You think commercially, act strategically, and turn good clients into long-term partners.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (a.k.a. Your Daily Toast)

- Leading senior and high-value client relationships from brief to delivery




- Managing integrated campaigns across multiple disciplines and teams
- Identifying upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Mentoring junior account managers on communication, process, and client management
- Presenting performance reviews, campaign results, and strategic recommendations to clients
- Using AI tools to enhance reporting, preparation, and client communication at scale
- Partnering with strategy and creative leadership on major client engagements

AI TOOLS WE USE ChatGPT / Claude - client communication drafts, report writing, and meeting prep

Notion AI / Gamma - presentation and proposal generation

Loom - async client updates and walkthroughs

Slack / Monday.com - project coordination and client communication

Google Analytics / Meta Business Suite - performance reporting

This is an In Person, In office Role based out of Ahmedabad.
