Position: Senior Accounts Executive/Accountant

Educational Qualifications

- UG: B. Com in Commerce
- PG: M. Com in Commerce
- CA: CA- Semi Qualified (preferred)

What We Are Looking For:

- Experience in a CA firm is preferred.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime is a must.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker, planner, and team leader.

& Responsibilities:

- Responsible for daily, weekly, and month-end accounting activities, including accounts receivables and payables.
- Perform bank reconciliation regularly.
- Prepare debtors and creditors statements on a weekly basis.
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP 9.




- Prepare creditors reconciliation and process payments.
- Manage payment of all types of creditors, match ledgers, and handle vendor and official expenses.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries in accounting software.
- Possess sound knowledge of GST, E-Way Bills, and TDS.
- Prepare TDS and GST working on a monthly basis.
- Prepare, maintain, and track various daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Modify and prepare various reports as required by management.
- Verify vendor bills for accuracy.
- Maintain accurate data for audits.
