Key Responsibilities
- Guide and counsel students/professionals about academic programs and career pathways.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information and resolve queries.
- Counsel students on program benefits, admission procedures, and career prospects.
- Maintain and update student records in the CRM system.
- Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment and counselling targets.
- Build robust rapport with students and parents to ensure trust and long-term association.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of prior experience as an Academic Counsellor/Student Advisor/Telecounsellor (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and convincing ability.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
