We are looking for a Semi-Qualified CA to join our Finance team and take ownership of accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, taxation, controls and finance operations in a quick-growing international fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

- Manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS reports.
- Review and maintain general ledger, journal entries, accruals, provisions and closing activities.
- Perform monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing.
- Ensure accuracy of books of accounts and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Prepare management reports and provide meaningful financial insights to senior management.

International Finance & Reconciliation

- Handle multi-currency accounting and international transactions.
- Perform daily/monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, payment gateways, settlement accounts and partner balances.
- Monitor receivables, payables, settlements and outstanding balances.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and financial discrepancies.
- Coordinate with international teams, banks, payment partners and internal stakeholders.

Taxation & Compliance

- Manage and review GST, TDS and other applicable statutory compliances.




- Support tax assessments, audits and statutory filings.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants and regulatory advisors.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of statutory records.
- Monitor changes in applicable financial and tax regulations and assess their impact on business operations.

Finance Controls & Audit

- Develop and strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes.
- Identify financial risks, control gaps and process inefficiencies.
- Support internal, statutory and regulatory audits.
- Ensure proper audit trails and documentation for financial transactions.
- Assist in implementing finance policies, SOPs and approval matrices.

Business Finance & MIS

- Prepare MIS, financial dashboards and management reports.
- Analyse revenue, expenses, margins, cash flows and operational costs.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Provide financial analysis for new business initiatives and international payment corridors.
- Work closely with Operations, Treasury, Compliance and Management teams.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
